St. Laurent

The Sankt Laurent grape is one of the most characterful red wine varieties of Central Europe. Our wine is vinified as a Weißherbst (rosé) in 0.75 l, it reveals a fascinating balance of structure, fruit, and finesse. In the glass, our Sankt Laurent wine displays a delicate salmon-pink color. The bouquet is clear and precise, dominated by aromas of ripe red berries, especially raspberry, cherry, and red currant, with subtle spicy and mineral notes. On the palate, the Sankt Laurent Weißherbst trocken shows fresh acidity, balanced structure, and a fine fruit texture. Fermentation and maturation took place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve varietal typicity and the freshness of the vintage. The result is an elegant, dry rosé with the unmistakable signature of Rheinhessen terroir.
